NOVEMBER 11, 2024 – The Setting Wines, will release a limited-edition wine on Veteran’s Day, to support the Navy SEAL Foundation, a national nonprofit charitable organization that provides critical support for the warriors, veterans, and families of Naval Special Warfare (NSW).
Sourced from prestigious vineyards in St. Helena, the Navy SEAL Foundation Private Label 2019 Napa Valley Cabernet was created through the generosity of growers Jennifer & John Muhlner, parents of two Navy SEALs, along with The Setting’s winemaker Jesse Katz (The Setting Wines) and John Micek (Red Stitch).
This fall comes in two sizes: 1.5L for $295 and 3L (custom etched bottle) for $595.
The Navy SEAL Foundation (NSF) provides critical support for the warriors, veterans, and families of Naval Special Warfare (NSW). Founded in 2000, the NSF is a 501(c)(3) national nonprofit that supports active duty and veteran members of the NSW community and their families. We stand at the forefront of crucial care for them through more than thirty comprehensive programs organized under five pillars—Strength, Resilience, Health, Education, and Community.
We are here to keep our warriors in the fight. We are here to assist them in transitioning to the civilian sector. We are here to help their families every step of the way. And under the tragic circumstances of a service member not returning home, we are here as well. Learn more by visiting navysealfoundation.org.
About The Setting Wines
Established in 2014, The Setting Wines is a collection of luxury wines created by three friends who share a love of wine and philanthropy: Jeff Cova, Noah McMahon and famed winemaker Jesse Katz (Aperture Cellars, Devil Proof Vineyard). Sourced from the most prestigious vineyards throughout Napa, Sonoma Valleys and now Oregon’s Willamette Valley, The Setting Wines produces the most compelling and high-quality wines with meticulous attention to detail.
As a brand dedicated to celebrating life’s simple moments and the transformative power of shared experiences, The Setting Wines was created to bring people together to experience joy in everyday occasions. The Setting Wines also holds the record for highest bid for a single bottle of wine at auction, a six-liter bottle of The Setting Wines 2019 Glass Slipper Vineyard Cabernet that earned one-million dollars to benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
