In addition to the basic pay benefits and allowances, you may receive special and incentive pay depending on your career field or location. We’ve included the major special pay benefits in this section.

A member entitled to special duty assignment pay may receive such pay in addition to any other pay and allowance to which they are entitled. Members who meet the requirements in may be awarded a special duty assignment rating under procedures in regulations of the Military Service concerned.
